Post Office Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK) is a joint initiative by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Department of Posts (DoP) to extend passport services to citizens in smaller towns and cities.
Citizens of Dhenkanal and neighboring regions no longer need to travel to the Regional Passport Office (RPO) in Bhubaneswar for their initial document verification and biometrics.

Complete the online application form and upload scanned copies of required documents.
Book Appointment
Pay the applicable fee and select "POPSK Dhenkanal" as your appointment location.
Visit POPSK
Carry original documents and the appointment confirmation printout to Dhenkanal HO on your scheduled date.
